Runway
Designers Club

The Runway Designers organize and produce the annual fashions shows at UCD Picnic Day and in San Francisco. Student designers and anyone interested in fashion and fashion shows are encouraged to join. All the designs included in the show are UCD design student work. Shows feature design collections by senior students and individual garments by lower division students.

The club is organized into committees such as stage and set, models and garments, fundraising and publicity. Each member needs to be a part of a committee and everyone is required to participate in fundraising. Fundraising activities include bake sales, Farmer's Market craft sales, Pizza fundraisers, scarf dyeing workshops, DYI workshops, cookie decorating parties, raffles and clothing exchanges.
